Chef America received her formal training from Art Institute of California- Inland Empire, a campus of Argosy University in 2011. Her family's Mexico City background has had a huge influence shaping Chef America's food prospective.
Chef America is proud to have gotten experience and participated in preparing meals and organazicing event's menus for celebrities and athletes at Dodgers Stadium, Staples Center, Sofi Stadium, and the LA Forum.
She enjous using culturally diverse, gourmet, high quality ingredients, seasonal organic produce, and locally sourced foods.
Artfully pairing traditional cooking techniques with modern culinary trends to create what she likes to call "elevated comfort food".
Her mission is to bring all the joy food has to offer by reviving nostalgia, beauty, fun, comfort, pleasure and healing through the experience of food.
